TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Booking/Reservation Deposit & Payment
a) South Manchester Wedding Cars will only confirm customer bookings on receipt of a completed booking form
and a minimum deposit of £75 per vehicle.
b) In the event of cancellation of bookings being made by the customer, deposits are non returnable.
c) The final balance due to be paid must be received by South Manchester Wedding Cars at least four weeks
before the date of the wedding.
2) Vehicle Availability
In the unlikely event that a vehicle a customer has booked with South Manchester Wedding Cars becomes unavailable due to accident damage, mechanical failure, or due to another reason which South Manchester
Wedding Cars could not avoid we will contact customers as soon as possible and offer:
a) a replacement vehicle, we will endeavour to offer a similar vehicle in age, model and colour to the car originally
booked, subject to availability and South Manchester Wedding Cars will refund the difference in price where a
higher price vehicle has been ordered (and a lower price vehicle supplied), or:
b) to cancel the contract with the customer and in the event of cancellation South Manchester Wedding Cars will
return the customer payment as soon as possible (no later than twenty eight days).
3) Itinerary/Journey Schedule
a) The route including pick-up(s), detours and any stops that our customer(s) require must be listed by customers
on the South Manchester Wedding Cars booking form.
b) Four weeks prior to the wedding date South Manchester Wedding Cars will contact customers to check and
finalise the itinerary and schedule.
c) South Manchester Wedding Cars drivers will take a route based on the pre-agreed schedule to ensure arrival on
that, allowing for any prevailing traffic congestion or road conditions.
d) South Manchester Wedding Cars bridal cars can carry a maximum of 3 adult passengers and our Limousines a
maximum of 7 adult passengers.
e) South Manchester Wedding Cars drivers are not permitted under any circumstance to compromise the safety of
passengers or other road users and any requests to exceed the speed limit will be refused.
f) South Manchester Wedding Cars drivers will not be allowed to take any extra passengers or make additional detours
other than those listed on the booking form and previously agreed.
g) South Manchester Wedding Cars are available for up to four hours, unless exceptions are agreed in advance and
specialist wedding car hire services will be charged by the hour.
h) With the exception of guide dogs, animals are not allowed into any of South Manchester Wedding Cars vehicles.
4) Cancellation
a) Cancellation will result in the loss of customer(s) deposit(s) and if cancellations are made within twenty eight days of
the day the car have been booked for all of the total rental price agreed when the booking was confirmed will be payable.
b) If a customer wishes to change the date of their reservation with South Manchester Wedding Cars the original
booking must first be cancelled resulting in loss of the deposit(s).
c) If a customer wishes to cancel a booking with South Manchester Wedding Cars details of the cancellation must be
made in writing and signed by the customer.
5) South Manchester Wedding Cars / John Neesam
a) South Manchester Wedding Cars is the name of our website, wherever we refer to South Manchester
Wedding Cars we refer to John Neesam the owner/proprietor of the vehicles.
